Here we have it, the famous protein ice cream recipe! This recipe is super voluminous with little calories so it’s a perfect cutting hack!
For the recipe you will need:
15g of your favourite protein powder (I usually use Myprotein Soy Protein Isolate in any of the flavours, they are all equally yummy!)
16 cubes of ice
2g xantham gum
40g of your favourite plant milk
Mix everything in blender! I like to add xantham gum last to get the right consistency.
