This vegan french toast in wonderfully crispy and cinnamony (is that even a word?)! No need for eggs to indulgence with some sweet french toast!


For the recipe you will need:

  • 2 slices of toast
  • 1 flax egg (15g grounded flax seeds mixed with warm water, let rest for 20min)
  • 10g vanilla flavoured protein powder (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of nutmeg
  • pinch of vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp plant milk (I used cashew milk)

Mix all the ingredients together and dip the bread slices on the mixture. Cook on a frying pan 3 minutes each side or until golden brown. Top with PB and jam and enjoy!
